How can I find a voice within myself that is helpful, supportive, and kind, when my default self-talk is so harsh, critical, condescending, and judgmental?
I teach what this article presents with great frequency, but I actually use it, myself, even more. In my own practice, I have found that it isn't about developing abilities to not experience difficult emotions, but rather finding ways to relate compassionately to these emotions when they (inevitably) show up.
