No, we do not accept health insurance. Our practice offers a Buddhist mindfulness approach to care and is not a licensed therapy practice. However, we do offer a sliding scale for those in need of reduced rates.

Our standard rate for individual sessions is $125 for 55 minutes. We also offer sliding-scale pricing based on financial need.

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full session fee will be charged.
